Prices of real estate in Slovenia are rising, and it looks that it will be so for quite some time. As more and more foreigners are interested in buying real estate, we have prepared new overlook of real estate prices in Slovenia. All data and figures are available in left menu of the site.

SLONEP.net is the only institution in Slovenia that regularly collects and publish real estate prices since 1995. Its data is used by many organizations that monitor real estate market in Slovenia.
